2. Service Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only when full or a required deposit payment has been received and acknowledged by us.

• Payment: Full payment or a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking, as specified for particular services. Remaining balances must be paid by the due date provided. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.
• Pricing: All prices are quoted in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

• Company-Initiated Cancellations: While rare, EmeraldVoyage Coaches reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, insufficient bookings, operational reasons, force majeure events (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, political unrest), or technical issues. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative service, a credit for future travel, or a full refund, at our discretion. Our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the cancelled service.

4. Amendments by Customer

Amendments to bookings (e.g., date changes, passenger name changes) are subject to availability and may incur administrative fees and any difference in fare. All amendment requests must be made in writing and are not guaranteed.

5. Passenger Conduct and Responsibility

• Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards other passengers, staff, and property. Disruptive, illegal, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service or remove any passenger from a service without refund if their conduct is deemed inappropriate or jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of others.
• It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure they have all necessary travel documents (e.g., valid identification, visas) and arrive at designated pick-up points on time. We are not responsible for delays or non-participation due to late arrival or missing documentation.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. While we take reasonable care, EmeraldVoyage Coaches is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage or personal items.

6. Luggage Policy
